The whatsapp service was incredibly poor
The whatsapp service was incredibly poor. I dealt with agents who had a tone, an attitude, sarcastic and not helpful. They would revert to generic replies if they didn't know the answer, they would refuse to help and they would not show any urgency at all. I waited over a week for installation and activation to take place after many, many back and forth with them.
