The web of bad service in africa

Sad to say I was dissapponted with their internet service availability, speed consistency and especially bad customer support services from Webafrica. Now that I cancelled the service, I get harrassed for their router that was returned to their offices more than a week ago and a R999 cancellation fee was just deducted. I’m sure this company has no staff and is run by a rogue algorithm.
