The waiting game

Useless internet provider. I'm waiting more than 72 hours to get my lines checked/fixed. Dealing with *********** agents over WhatsApp for 4 days now. Get the problem fixed and get a better way to communicate with customers. I'll moving 5 businesses away from this internet provider. Thanks
