The STRUGGLE is real! (Billing)

What a load of bull this place is. You struggle with your billing, because you can't phone the oaks because there is no calling option. I struggled an hour and a half, and still no feedback and when I asked for an update I'm back to Willie the bot. As quick as I joined Webafrica, the quicker I would go. A person doesn't want to struggle with oaks like these, I mean come on get the phoning option back we can't jump from operator to operator and there is no feedback nor a solved problem!
