The service you pay for, is treated like you're being done a favour!

Worst Service provider!!! I would never recommend anyone

My wifi was down all day, I waited all evening after whatsapping their service "contact" and still have no agent getting back to me. Only the next morning, did an agent contact me. First thing I was asked was to take a picture of my router, as if I don't work.

Mind you a week ago I got the wifi up, I was told to connect everything myself and get it to work, No technician would be available to come and sort my wifi. A day later, after i had be fight to get a technician in, they finally came and found the problem. You have to beg to get the service that you pay for
