the service on Webafrica is super slow. still waiting for Fibre almost a month later

the service on Webafrica is super slow. still waiting for Fibre almost a month later. Not to mention the WhatsApp service is also a lie. cant reach any agents after 5 pm (even if their operating hours are from 7 am - 9 pm) and one agent spent almost an hour not helping me. Support is frustrating to say the least
