The Service is a joke.

Iam not sure why they have whatsapp communication or even operate at this rate. This company offers service but is failing keep their clients happy. You text to speak to an Agent at 08:05 in the morning and they will reply to you in the afternoon with little knowledge worse. Imagine refund is processed within 10-15 working days. 🙆 🙆. They are quick to take your money, but takes forever to send their Technicians to do the work. They should learn from Afrihost they have the best customer service.
