The service can't suck because there is no service
This is the WORST possible service I have ever experienced. The fact that you cant connect to a real person is beyond frustrating. I have been without internet for over 2 weeks now, keep in mind that the bill gets paid monthly without fail. Apparently my router just stopped working. How? No clue. Was eventually sent a new router, plugged it in but nothing. It keeps saying I am connected without internet, or it directs me to "make a payment" page. Now payment goes off via debit order and goes off on the 29th every month so how is this possible??? I AM SICK OF THIS!!!! I am cancelling my debit order and I am sending the router back and then you'll see how you will get ANY money from me for a cancelation fee nogal...keeping in mind I get charged to cancel a service that hasn't been provided? We hear how frustrated you are, especially after being without service for over 2 weeks while still being billed and trying to resolve this without direct access to immediate support. We understand why this has left you feeling extremely dissatisfied. We can confirm that your case is currently with our Frogfoot team, and they are actively working on a resolution. Based on the symptoms you’ve described, connected without internet” and the redirect to a payment page, this is being treated as a priority fault as it relates to service authentication on the network side rather than your router itself. We understand your concern regarding billing and debit orders. At this stage, the focus is on restoring your connection first, and the relevant teams will also review your account status as part of the resolution process once the service is stable. We acknowledge your frustration with the support experience and lack of direct contact, and your feedback around this has been noted as part of the escalation. We appreciate your patience while the Frogfoot team continues working on getting your service restored as quickly as possible.Warm regards,

Going through all of that only to have your service suspended after you were specifically told to request a credit understandably feels very frustrating and unexpected. Situations like this should not leave you feeling like things are getting worse instead of moving forward, and it’s clear this experience has been upsetting.
Your account has been escalated to the Finance Team to urgently review both the billing and the recent suspension. They will assess what led to the service being stopped after your request and will reach out to you directly to provide clarity and work towards resolving this properly.
The experience you’ve described has also been shared with our Service Quality Team, particularly around how follow-ups are handled, so it can be reviewed and improved moving forward.
