I Moved from Supersonic because their service is terrible, and you pay for a 200mb fiber line and get only 50mb. The first month with Webafrica was great, got my speeds and it was amazing. then all of a sudden I am getting Jitter and my Speeds is all over the place, the frustration is the Support. you wait up to an hour if not longer to get a response and if you do not reply via whatsapp in a short time, you are back to where you started. they are unable to resolve my issue it seems. Nothing changed on my side, yet I must configure my settings, and even though that's what I did its still not working. Poor after Sales.... Very Very Poor.
