The product is amazing, and the service is good
The product is amazing, and the service is good. Except that they take a bit long to reply to messages, from time to time they refer you to the next agent which is quite annoying. But I had a better experience with Agent Sandile on the 21st May 2026, I was helped by reconnecting the Internet though it took roughly around 2 hours. But I've been happy with them since I started using webafrica. I hardly get any error on signals. I highly recommend them.
