The Problem starts at the top

After looking at the online posts, the answer is simple. Tim Wyatt-Gunning CEO since 2011 gave the reins over to Seun Nourse since 01 July 2020.

The new CEO was with MWEB and unfortunately the troubles of poor service, team effort and a string of other problems are the same.

Please can the stakeholders of Webafrica look into this.
