The ordering of the router was simple, and scheduling the team to install and connect was seamless! The team kept their appointment timeslot, that was great
The ordering of the router was simple, and scheduling the team to install and connect was seamless! The team kept their appointment timeslot, that was great. I was frustrated as i couldnt call to custermer service, as I had a challenge with connecting to the WIFI, and couldnt get the help i needed on the WhatApp chat for that day that they installed the fibre, BUT on the next day, SiphosethuN reached out to me on the WhatApp chat and helped me to set up my router! The agent was patient and took me through all the steps! Thank you SiphosethuN!
