The most useless company in the entire world.

I have fiber service with Webafrica via Vumatel, i have been calling and using WhatsApp service to get assistance to provide me with access to customer Zone so I can change my debit order details but I am being taken from pillar to post and their WhatsApp service they claiming to be super fast is useless. Spoke to Jean-Pierre Du, Thabang, Keketso, Siphamandla who are all useless and clearly do not enjoy what they doing because they were quick to transfer me to another department without hearing about my query. the transferring is also useless its not working.
