The most terrible ISP ever !

Worst ISP ever , terrible support and appalling turn around times. No clue on what customers is. I have been with them for 11 months and I have never been happy with their support from Day 1. My lease has expired and I am forced to move , I tried to cancel their service and I was told of clawback penalties and cancellation fees of R2700 and R999 respectively, oh and I still have to return their modem ??? No installation was done at my place cause I was an existing Vumatel customer 5 years previous , what are the fees for ?? A modem? Which I will be returning as per their request ? A modem worth less than R999 on the market . Internet is a prepaid service , why should I pay to cancel if I won’t be using their service anymore ? This is pure embezzlement!!
