The most pathetic cancelation process

Lets be honest, there services are good, but, once you have a problem, it over, They have deducted almost 3x the normal order and once i started complaining, it's endless excuses, they say the financial department will call me within 24h, like what? 24h next year this time? There cancelation process is a mess, BIG MESS.
