The most disrespectable service

Being reverted to lawyers for a product, I cancelled and never recieved.

I have had numerous chats with WebAfrica, to try and resolve the billing on the account that I had with them. I ordered a product, but didnt proceed with the order and had it cancelled. They then, said it would show as canceled, but never did. They charging me for a router that I have never recieved, and and order that wasn't finalized. I am appauled by the support agent that I chatted to today: "Asanda N.: your account is cancelled it does not show notes or anything there is nothing i can do sorry for the inconvenience"

"Asanda N.: then i cannot help you i am just an agent i do not have proof just go open a case"

"Asanda N.: for what? my hands are tied i cannot help you sorry". My name is being dragged into the mud, and being blacklisted for a product I never received!!!
