THE MOST APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

If it I could I would definitely rate them zero. The most appauling thing is how their contact centre agents just lie with no shame to the customer. Extremely difficult to get through to a call agent and when they do its lies and nothing gets resolved. The chat agents never answer or answer 2hours later when you have long forgotten that you tried to comtact them. I ordered a sim because I relocated. Placed the order on the 23rd of September and today is the 4th of October but my sim is still not activated I am basically without wifi and they dont care! Never opt for them its not worth the stress rather pay that R200/R100 extra for a good service!
