The experience I have had with WebAfrica over the past few months has been nothing short of appalling. My services have been disrupted yet again, and the lack of care or follow-up from the previous incident is deeply concerning. There appear to be no proper escalation points, leaving customers with no choice but to simply “bear with it” - which is unacceptable. This repeated inconvenience not only disrupts my daily activities but also reflects poorly on your commitment to customer service. I expect this matter to be addressed urgently, with clear communication on both the cause of these repeated disruptions and the steps being taken to prevent them from recurring 😡😤
