An absolutely terrible ISP. We finally cancelled our last fibre line with them in February giving the required notice. I foolishly had a change of heart and reinstated the service through their website prior to the cancellation taken effect, the payment was deducted at the beginning of March off a debit card I had used with them once a year before and we have had no internet since then. We have been sent invoices for clawback of the three year old router, today they tried to deliver another router for some or other reason and tried to debit my card (which fortunately I blocked) for R249, who knows what that's for. Seriously, don't go anywhere near these guys. The staff are mostly untrained and extremely arrogant and it is literally impossible to resolve any query, no matter how simple, with anyone. Ignore this warning at your peril.
