The difference between relocating and canceling!!!!!!!!!!!!

Web Africa is ridiculous and does not care about its customers. I am moving to a new house and because I had the fiber installed in my current premises and moving house within 12 months they want to charge me a contract break fee. Can someone tell Web Africa that I am not canceling with them and I just want my service reconnected at the new premises? They put me on a 12-month contract to get the fiber installed and there are 3 months left. They come with some story that if they cancel with their wholesaler and it is a different wholesaler at my new premises. They are happy to take our money but have no responsibility at all. Common sense would be to add another 12 months to my contract at my new premises. This greedy company wants to charge me a break fee and still make money off me at my new premises.
