The customer support process of using a live chat option only is terrible and WebAfrica should consider a call center option as well because the live chat agents have no insentibe to resolve queries accurately and timeously because it feels like they just want to get rid of you as soon as possible instead of resolving your query. Today only I had the pleasure of receiving a call from a lady by the name Sinazo from there Sales team it seems who when they out of her way to call me to seek clarity to ensure the query was resolved correctly which wowed me a great deal after having struggled to get my line activated for almost a month and was on the verge of cancelling WebAfrica as my ISP. She definitely deserves to be recognised for this. However, WebAfrica the company really needs to re-evaluate there customers support model as it is completely out of touch with customer needs at this point and very frustrating to be frank.

Hi Olwethu,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re really sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve had with the live chat-only support and the delays in getting your line activated — we understand how stressful that must have been.
We’re glad to know that Sinazo was able to step in, reach out, and ensure your activation was finally resolved. That level of ownership is exactly what we aim for.
Your feedback around the current support model has been noted, especially your concerns about accessibility and response quality. We understand how important it is to have fast, clear, and reliable support when you need it.
We appreciate your honesty and your patience while this was being resolved.
Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew
