The customer representative was exceptional
The customer representative was exceptional. Chante knew what she was doing and what she was talking about. She was also very patient with me throughout the interaction. There's nothing worst than speaking to a representative that don't know what they're doing but this lady exceeded my expectations. She certainly is an asset to the company! Thank you for making my kids happy again Chante!
