Our internet was paused for a month and through help from our parents we managed to pay for the upcoming month. After 8 days the paused our internet claiming that the money bounced back.

We had to go to the internet cafes at night to get proof that we paid as requested by them. We even went to the extend of two hours conversation. It was in the evening, trying to submit assignments.

At the end they told us that they can’t help us but we have to call tomorrow when the financial department is working.
