THE BOT CANNOT HELP!!!

Impossible to get help. They insist that you use their whatsapp channel, however NOBODY CAN EVER HELP. I always get transferred to an agent - until the chat tells me eventually that they cannot help me.

LITERALLY JUST NEED A (CANCELLATION) INVOICE IN ORDER TO RELEASE A SERVICE TO A NEW ISP. AN ENTIRE SECURITY OPERATION IS NOW STANDING STILL BECAUSE OF WEBAFRICA'S HORRIFYING NON EXISTANT SERVICE !!!
