The blatant lack of customer service is appalling
<div>The blatant lack of customer service is appalling. Nothing against the customer service agents that work on the WhatsApp chat but it is difficult to speak to a real person over the chat. You keep getting through to a bot. As an ISP it should be imperative you have a number customers can call and they dont care to have one. If you need help it will take forever!!</div>
