The absolute worst ISP ever

I wonder how this company even survives given their bad levels of service? I've ordered my fibre more than 1 month ago. I've been wasting time EVERY SINGLE day trying to get my line active. Even calling up the original installers of fiber infrastructure to my building and Vumatel (all who have answred my queries within minutes and had solutions) Vumatel even came and did the installation super quickly - yet my fibre line is still not active and my account stays pending. I've had daily chats with agents who just never resolve my issues. What a joke!! I want to cancel with immediate effect and go someplace else - this is beyond ridiculous, however, given the fact that this account / address needs to be released by webafrica and will probably take weeks (given the slow service thus far) it's beyond acceptable!! I just do not want to deal with your ineffective, *********** company any longer!!!
