Thanks for nothing WebAfrica

<div>I initially set my cancellation for the end of November, only to go ahead and revoke it when I realized I wasn’t relocating. The revoke was dome on 30 November 2024. Funny thing is, the cancellation was never actually revoked, and now my service is conveniently disconnected for the weekend.

When I reached out via WhatsApp, I was told I’d be transferred to the provisioning team. Imraan, clearly aware that the team finishes their shift at 3pm, decided to transfer me anyway, knowing full well that I’d be left hanging until Monday.

Truly impressive customer service, especially considering I’ve always paid on time and never caused a single issue.
