Th Worst Service Provider Out There!!!!!!

The most awfull experience with a service provider to date. Moved from LTE to Fibre that's permanently dropping connection sending me a Invoice for over R2500 whilst their Agents specifically told me that they won't charge anything extra. Trying to cancel my Service with them for 2 days now and the whatsapp line kepps directing me to another department.
