Terrible/********** Webafrica billing service

Webafrica service is really terrible! There's no real way to get hold of them. Their whatsapp line doesn't seem to be working... their customer care line doesn't seem to be working... their ticketing system doesn't seem to be working and I've even tried their inbox!

My account has been suspended due to their own billing inadequacies and I can't seem to fix it or get hold of them to fix it!!! This is really really really ridiculous!!!!!
