Terrible!!! Worst Ever!!!

If there was a 0 for rating I would give them that. I am moving and I am trying to move my coverage with webafrica from my old place to my new home. They deducted the charges for moving my coverage twice from my account. Then when I enquire about my order they tell me I do not have an order with them. I cannot get someone on the phone to tell me what is going on. I spent Thursday from 9:30 till 17:30 on the whatsapp chat talking to 7 different people and none was able to give me an answer. Then today same story and when I finally said I want to cancel my service they want to charge me a cancellation fee of R999 after I have been with them for 2 years!!!! They tell me they will escalate to a manager, but I have not heard anything!!!
