Terrible Wifi Service

I have recently reinstalled my wifi , firstly one of Web Africa’s agents gives me an incorrect easy pay reference number , and then they refuse to reimburse my money , then on 13th September apparently there was an outage for the wifi in my area , the 15th September i enquired and i was informed the outage is done , my wifi is still not on and they still have not helped me in any way , EVERY SINGLE TIME I NEED TO WAIT 24-72 HOURS , this is so ridiculous. I pay for this **** services , i wont recommend them to anyone ever , waste of time
