Terrible WhatsAPP Customer Engagements and Service

WebAfrica has the worst WhatsAPP customer engagement, you cannot get hold of them telephonically, and trying to speak to an agent takes days and when you don't respond, your calls are closed. Worst move I ever made, should have stay with my previous provider. I suppose, you pay for the cheaper monthly premium
