Terrible Webafrica service

Atrocious WiFi service with staff not trained to trouble shooting well. They failed to resolve an outage issue for 4 days and refused to fully reimburse customers for the money they spent during the outage and solely wanted to refund R71 which was a pro-rata of the monthly fee. In South Africa how much data does R71 buy?

Even during the outage they failed to give clear answers as to what was happening and when the connection would be restored (that’s if we were even lucky enough to get a response from their agents).
