TERRIBLE UNPERSONAL COMPANY WITH NO PROPER SUBSTANCE

I have never seen such terrible service in my life....and i am in sales.

I decided to take over the previous renters contract with webafrica..."change of ownership"...What a ***** up!! Everything is installed when taking over someone's contract but they keep wanting to send someone for an installation. I paid the R599 monthly payment and the R575 reconnection fee...here I am 10 days later with no internet...Keep getting emails to say "you are now connected" and "are you satisfied with our service" and doesn't matter how may times you complain they still do not come back to you.

I hope I can still get my money back and back out of this change of ownership.

You can not call anyone and everything is robotic and unpersonal.

I DO NOT AND WILL NEVER RECOMMMEND THIS HORRIFIC COMPANY
