Terrible uncoordinated Service

The tedious process of logging a query with this company for urgent work to be done via their WhatsApp platform is shocking. Then to not receive the services on site via FrogFoot, as the ISP (WebAfrica) doesn't action it and keeps closing the tickets; I am still sitting with Internet issues that affect my business and staff productivity. To get a contractor to reinstall your Fibre with these two "chiefs" onboard is horrible, Peter doesn't know Paul, at all. Horrible experience from both WebAfrica and Frogfoot.
