TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE, USELESS

Don't Don't Don't. This is the worst service I've ever seen, pure unprofessional and ******* service, the worst part is you only communicate with them on whatsapp. You request for moving homes and they take a million years, I then had to cancel that. Then spoke to their agent, who then advised that I can do change of ownership even for a different address. Now they say they don't do that and take no responsibility even with proof. They are deducting money from the other individual and yet no service provided at all, they said they will refund him and nothing for over a month.

Then they open a whole new order for me without my instruction and keep debiting from me. Mxm I'm so annoyed with them
