10 Jun 2026, 12:23Hi Kananelo,
We understand how frustrating it must be to be without internet for such an extended period, especially when you rely on your connection for work and have already made several attempts to get assistance. Feeling like your concerns aren’t being addressed can be very discouraging. his isn’t the level of support or urgency you should be experiencing with a service issue like this.
We have requested the Fault Follow‑up Team to urgently intervene on your case and ensure that a clear update is provided. They remain actively engaged with the network provider and are working to push this towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
If you require any additional assistance, please feel free to send us a direct message on Hello Peter, and we’ll gladly assist.
We’ll continue to push internally to ensure progress is made and that your service is restored as soon as possible.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

10 Jun 2026, 12:51Hi Kananelo,
We understand how frustrating it must be to have your connection still not working, especially after a technician visit and already trying to get assistance. Being left without a working service after that level of effort can be very concerning. We’ve received feedback from the Fault Follow‑up Team that Vumatel has closed the ticket on their side, however as your service is still not working, our team will be logging and escalating this back to them for further investigation.
Before we proceed, the team has requested your ALC/FSAN number from your ONT. Could you please share this with so we can move forward with the escalation?
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

10 Jun 2026, 13:57Hi Kananelo,
Thank you for providing the ALCL number, we appreciate you sharing this so quickly. It’s completely understandable how frustrating this has been, especially after already going through multiple steps and a technician visit without a resolution.
That information was needed to make sure everything matches correctly on the network side and to avoid any further delays in resolving your issue.
The Faults Follow‑up Team has now re‑logged and escalated the fault under reference WA***. They have also been made fully aware of the ongoing issue and urgency, and the case is being treated as a priority to ensure it is properly addressed.
We’ll continue to push this internally to ensure meaningful progress is made and that your connection is restored as soon as possible.
Warm regards,

We appreciate your patience while this is being resolved, and we remain committed to getting your connection fully restored.

We hear your concern, especially since the fault was marked as closed without any contact or a visit to your side. We understand how frustrating it is to receive a closure update when you’ve had no direct engagement or resolution on the ground.
