Terrible support service

Web Africa Truly has the worst customer support you will ever experience, They have been incorrectly charging me for the past three months and not giving me enough data. And when you try to call them it directs you to their super fast whatsapp line which I have been trying to get a response from now for two days.

When you try calling them you can wait for 20 mins with no response.

If anyone if thinking of using them for a service provider, please look somewhere else.
