Terrible support

I'm extremely disappointed by the service received. I ordered a LTE package from webafrica, done the Rica, paid etc... firstly the router I received has seen better days. Second, my service is still not active and it's been almost 2 days. I have called the technical department and on hold for 35min, eventually I hung up. Tried the whatsapp line which is worse I'm still waiting for speak to a agent from 24hours ago!!! I want this resolved today!!!!!
