Terrible support and communication system

Customer support and communication is really bad. I work online and need the internet constantly. When the service is slow or down there is no contact number to speak to someone. I have to report my issues via the wats app support system. A bot replies to your request and guises you through. It's most annoying and frustrating not to be able to speak with a real person. I had issues several times in this year including today. I actually lost money today waiting for the issue to be resolved. I have a Fibre connection and payment is always up to date. Pathetic support system.
