Terrible Support

Call center is ridiculous. Waited 40 minutes only for the call to go dead. Called again, waited 20 minutes, to speak to a guy who couldn’t activate my fiber, even though I had the number and had already been put through to “provisions”. He said he would call me back and never did. By that time it was after 5 and no response so now I have to wait the weekend for a simple activation.
