Terrible state of after sales!!!

Terrible state of after-sales. The business model is set up for sign-ups, and not to maintainenace, they don't have an active call center force, but a WhatsApp force that takes forever to respond to anything. You'll log ticket upon ticket, won't help, get reconnected for less than a day then it's off for another 3 days again. Not worth referral or joining. really poor communication from the agents, all of them, through to the VUMA guys. Absolute pits for service
