Terrible servies.

Changing my creditcard details should be a 5 minute thing that i can figure out on my own. Not with web africa...8 hours with your agent and I still cannot update my credit card. Your agent take 20 minutes for every response. Your online guides are out dated. Your agents have the wrong information. I ask where to send a complaint that email has an auto response that it is not monitored.
