Terrible service! Would not recommend their service!

I signed up with your service in March 2022 for a 12 month contract that was align with the lease of my apartment.

There was a delay from your side to activate my account which eventually only took place in April 2022.

This was already a huge disappointment to my as I had to spend my own money on data but my first concern was that my account/contract would still expire at the end of February 2023.

I called your call centre and this was confirmed to me as the installation was delayed from your end!!!

Now that my contact is coming to an end I am moving out of ny apartment, I tried to confirm that my account would be terminated on tbe 28th of February.

After dealing with your poor service on ypur WatsApp platform, I was informed that this would not be the case and my account would only be terminated in April!!!!

This is extremely unfair and *********!!!

Your support team have been rude and not helpful at all!

There is no number to call to speak to an agent and I don't think it is right or fair that I am being left liable for your poor service!
