TERRIBLE SERVICE WORST WIFI PROVIDER EVER

Since signing up I have only experienced terrible service, very noncholant dont give a F* Attitude. I was charged R250 for the deliver which is Fair. Then once the router and ONT was setup there was still no wifi. WebAfrica then proceeds to deduct for wifi usuage from the 17th of Feb when We had no wifi until the 21st of Feb after 6pm that evening. Now when trying to just get clarification why I am being billed for days when wifi is not active agents keep saying they sorting it out. You cant get any telephonic assistance only CHAT and when you do not get feedback you have to start a whole new conversation with a whole new agent and start your query from the begenning. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend Webafrica. NOW a agent says the R270 is for less then 10 days of wifi usage and full month is R399.
