Terrible service with taking my money and then terminating my service

This is the worst company. They cut me off completely yesterday and then you cannot get hold of them anyway but through WhatsApp. When I finally got through almost 15 hours later they tell me that finance cancelled my service due to late payments every month. They have been taking a debit order without failure on the 1st of every month. I asked them to provide proof and they show me their accounts system showing when they captured the payment a week or more later than the date of my debit order. This is the worst as they did even inform me or contact me. Stay away from this company and those that are with them to cancel and move before you suffer the same fate as me.
