Terrible service WebAfrica

These people don't care about their customer. On 21 Dec I was advised that installation will be done in 3 working days. It's now the 6th of Jan o still don't have an active line. The router was delivered I have the metrofiber box when I called this morning, only to be told that in fact all I need is someone in the provisioning dept to activate the line. Why was this not said earlier. Now since 8am this morning have been trying to get someone to assist, and it's been a nightmare. You cannot get hold of them via telephone the chat line, all they e been saying is that they are getting an agent to assist me.
