Terrible Service - Webafrica

Terrible customer service. My internet has been down for the past 2 hours and I cannot get anyone to assist other than their robot that they seemingly stake their lives on to assist clients. It has failedmisserably and I can't seem to get any human to assist. I have been trying to communicate with them for the past 2 hours via whatsapp and their consultants are not available.
