Terrible Service Webafrica

This has been the worst service I have ever received from any ISP.

I ordered my Fibre installation on the 23rd of Jan. Till this day I am still waiting for my services to be activated. They just keep telling me that my order is delayed due to issues encountered by the Fibre Network Operator pertaining to my address. I have already given them my lease agreement, 6 times. I have also assisted with all documents from the owner to assist with switching the lines to speed up the process as we work from home and are desperate for WIFI. And the craziest thing is that the Webafrica agents always try to cover themselves with sincerity, while yes they are doing there jobs, are just not doing enough as they are not putting themselves in my shoes. Surely more can be done, or atleast tell me straight you cannot help me. My data costs are currently at R700 already for 2 Weeks! Terrible Service Webafrica
