Terrible service, unstable services, poor support and incident resolution

I have been without internet services for the past 3 days, and spoken to more than 5 Whatsapp agents...each logging a ticket which later gets closed with no resolution (I'm currently on my 4th open incident). No one can give me an update. I am considering changing my ISP
